Glazed Roasted Carrots | Sides
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
To large bowl, add olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix together to combine.
To the same bowl, add the sliced carrots and coat with glaze.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and place in oven to roast for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
Storing: Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
